Classes

We’re pleased to provide you with a comprehensive list of classes currently available at Mummy Physiques. Our classes have been carefully designed to cater to your unique fitness needs and will help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively.

Most of our classes are suitable for pre- and postpartum ladies. Please speak to our instructors before the class begins so we can alter any moves to ensure you’re always keeping your body safe.

Full Body Sculpt It - Reformer

Open-level reformer class (pregnancy-safe).

Lengthen, strengthen and tone your whole body, and use muscles you had no idea you had with this full body flow style class.

Expect upbeat tunes, high reps for muscle sculpting and NO BORING PILATES. 

This class is for absolutely everyBODY.

All The Vibes -
Reformer

Intermediate/advanced level class. 

All The Vibes is a dynamic and powerful class that will challenge you mentally and physically.

It combines reformer Pilates with functional strength-weighted exercises and FUN cardio – mixed with good tunes and a juicy burn.

 

Barre Fusion -
Reformer

Open-level reformer class.

Athletic reformer combined with barre – a hot fusion of Pilates, cardio, strengthening, toning and dance.

This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.

Expect good beats, an amazing instructor and high vibes.

Jump Board Babes - Reformer

Open-level reformer class.

This is a low-impact, high-intensity class that uses the reformer jump board as the main prop to spike your heart rate, elevate results and improve cardiovascular health.

The jump board employs the principles of plyometrics to train muscles and burn LOTS of calories.

Expect to sweat, laugh and sculpt your beautiful body. 

Box Babes -
Mat

All levels of fitness are welcome (pregnancy-safe).

A combination of fun cardio, boxing and good vibes. 

Here you’ll find high vibes for 45 minutes, that will challenge your cardio system, as well as your muscle endurance.

This class is a combination of training that’ll leave you a hot sweaty mess, while wanting so much more.

Signature Sculpt It -
Mat

All levels of fitness are welcome (pregnancy-safe).

This is our signature (and ever-so-popular) mat Pilates class, that’s a fusion of deep muscle burn, a little cardio and some stretching for the ultimate full body sculpt.

Expect to be shaking, sweating and burning in places you never knew existed. 

You’ll leave feeling lengthened, lifted and overall, amazing. 

Cardio Queens -
Mat

All levels of fitness are welcome (pregnancy-safe).

Expect 45 mins of cardio fusion and high-intensity interval training) with minimal breaks.

Get your heart racing and your body strong. This class will build core strength and stamina, improve endurance and condition the entire body.

Think sweat, great music, and never anything dull.

Yoga Babes -
Mat

All levels of fitness are welcome (pregnancy-safe).

A calm class all about wellbeing and giving yourself some time to connect to your mind, body and breath.

This class will bring you into the present, to disconnect from the world and any stress or anxiety you might have.

Take a moment to be calm, lengthen, stretch, engage and nourish your mind, body and soul.

Cardio Queens -
Mat

Intermediate/advanced level class.

Barree Queens

Come for the energetic movements, amazing tunes, and burning muscles – every inch of your body will be shaking after this class. 

With the use of hand weights and small props, you’ll feel the burn in places you didn’t even know existed – creating lean muscle tone for that full-body sculpt.

Tone It Up

Tone. Sculpt. Build muscle. Strengthen bone density. This is your STRONG class.

Bring all the GRL PWR you got, using resistance equipment in this strength/conditioning class. 

Here, you’ll instantly feel the burn moving from one body part to the next. We’ll take it slow to challenge you both physically and mentally.

Foundations

This class is an introduction to the correct clinical Pilates technique, how to engage abdominals, posture, alignment, isolation, and breathing. 

Improve your flexibility, coordination, fluidity, endurance, precision and stamina.

This is perfect for postpartum recovery, anyone suffering from acute pain, or maybe you just want something slow or have never tried Pilates before.

If you want a mega burn or sweaty high intensity, this isn’t the class for you.
